If you have registered and paid for the NSREC conference, but are unable to attend, you may request and be granted a full refund of the conference registration fee paid by contacting patty@thesignagefoundation.org on or before September 21, 2012.  After September 21, 2012 no refunds will be given for cancellations.  Any cancellations or refund requests regarding the hotel or other arrangements must be done directly with the booking agent, hotel property or other party.

In the unlikely event of the cancellation of the conference, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the conference fee.

If you are from outside the Cincinnati area, please be sure to secure your hotel room after completing the conference registration process.

All reservations, either online or by phone call, will be automatically entered into SFI room block.
